Our Delivery Process
This is the process from order submission through delivery of your materials.
Submit an Order
Start by selecting a product and amount. Then enter the ZIP code for delivery and select a date.
Supplier Matching
Your order is matched with a nearby supplier for delivery.
Confirming Delivery
We will email your delivery-date confirmation along with contact information for the local supplier.
Dump Truck Delivery
Your material is brought by dump truck to the driveway or the location you specify at the property.
Delivery Day Details
Prepare Before Delivery
- Make room at the material drop area
- For dump truck entry, allow a clear 12-foot-wide route free of low branches and wires.
- Set a cone, flag, or other clear marker at the requested dump spot
- Being home is NOT required. Keep the route open and leave directions for material placement.
- Keep your phone nearby in case the driver calls or texts for confirmation
At the Time of Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver will call or send a text
- The material will be dropped as a pile in the location you specified
- Materials are normally dumped on the driveway or on reachable ground beside it
- Plan on about 10-15 minutes for the full delivery

Delivery Questions
Must I be home when the material arrives?
No. Provide an open route and tell the driver where to unload. The material will be placed according to those instructions.
What order quantity can I choose?
Order any quantity, starting at a single ton and going to a full multi-ton load. Put your project size into the calculator, or tell us your needs and we will load it.
Can material be dumped in my backyard?
Safe unloading requires a flat, open surface for the dump truck. A backyard drop is possible if the truck can get there. If not, materials are normally placed in the driveway or beside the street.
What happens if I buy more or less than I need?
The calculator can help determine the amount needed. Place a new order if you need more. Review the refund policy for cancellation details.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Delivery is currently available on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Select the date you prefer at checkout.
Which confirmation details will I get?
An email with order and delivery information is sent immediately. We will then contact you to confirm the delivery date and provide the supplier's contact information.
What happens when the truck cannot enter my property?
A dump truck needs at least a 12-foot-wide clear route, with no low branches or overhead wires. If the truck cannot access the site, the driver will unload at the closest safe spot. Reach out before ordering if you have concerns about access.
